Capella is a 2005 Premium Oldenburg filly by Caruso (Casaretto/Foxtrott) out of Rohsina (Rohdiamant/Wiesenbaum xx). Congratulations to Connie Henegan in Fort Worth, Texas who purchased Capella as her future dressage partner and broodmare prospect. We are thrilled that Capella will have such a loving home and look forward to hearing about their adventures together.

| Connie sends us this email and pictures at right. "It has been a long time since I have sent you an update. I think Capella is a gorgeous two year old but I am biased. It is difficult to get good pictures of her because she stays so close to the fence and turns toward me every time I move....hoping for carrots. She is 15 hands, almost 15.1 but not quite. I took theses photos today." |

Capella finished in the top 10 for all 2005 fillies in the USDF Sport Horse Dressage Breeding standings and #1 for the GOV/Oldenburg Horse Breeders Society with a median score of 74.7. | Capella was weaned the first week of October. Despite the fact that she could see and hear her mom who remained on the farm, Capella was always sensible and able to comfort herself. We predict her superior coping skills will serve her well in the future. |

| On June 25, 2005, Capella (age 9 weeks) was shown at the Fair Hill Breed Show. Judge Jos Sevriens awarded Capella an 8.2 on her conformation, an 8.4 on her walk, a 7.9 on her trot and an 8.0 for general impression for an overall score of 81.5!!
