| Derby Day's sire is the 1997 black Hanoverian stallion, Don Frederico (Donnerhall/Consul). Don Frederico was 2nd of 45 at the 2000 100 Day Test in Adelheidsdorf. His overall score was 141 points with an unheard of 151.67 in dressage. The elegant and impressive Don Frederico became Champion of the 1999 Hanoverian Stallion Licensing. He possesses excellent rideability and impressive gaits, which appeal to all dressage riders. At present, Don Frederico is one of the most desirable and used stallions of the Celle State Stud. In 2004, all seven of Don Frederico's stallion sons presented at the Hanoverian approval were licensed. |
